At 3DCORK, we develop and manufacture cork products for brands, designers and hospitality projects. We work from ideas, technical drawings or samples, supporting each project from material selection and prototyping through to serial production.

Customisation and materials
Shape, dimensions, thickness, density and cork granule size can be adapted to the functional and aesthetic requirements of each project.
We offer options for colour, texture, surface finish and branding, including laser engraving, printing and moulded relief. Cork can also be combined with ceramics, wood, glass, metal or other materials to create complementary functions and contrasting textures.
Designed around the intended use
We consider how each product will be handled, used and maintained. Material selection, geometry and finishes are developed around requirements such as stability, surface protection, exposure to moisture or heat, and ease of cleaning.
Prototypes and samples allow the design, feel and finish to be assessed before production. Specific performance requirements are reviewed and validated according to the intended application.
From development to production
We combine moulding, CNC machining, cutting, turning and finishing according to the geometry, material and quantities required.
Following sample approval, production follows defined quality requirements, including checks on dimensions, appearance, finishing and branding, supported by production traceability.
