Customisation and materials
Shape, dimensions, wall thickness, density and cork granule size can be adapted to the product, its protection requirements and the desired appearance.
We develop options for colour, texture, surface finish and branding, including laser engraving, printing and moulded relief. Cork can also be combined with paperboard, glass, wood, metal or other materials to create complete packaging solutions or components for existing packaging systems.
Developed around your product
We consider how the product will fit, be held, transported and presented. Geometry, material selection and finishes are developed around requirements such as positioning, protection, assembly and ease of opening.
Prototypes and samples allow fit, handling, appearance and branding to be assessed before production. Compatibility and specific performance requirements are reviewed according to the intended application.
From development to production
We combine moulding, CNC machining, cutting, turning and finishing according to the design, material and quantities required.
Following sample approval, production follows defined quality requirements, including checks on dimensions, fit, appearance and branding, supported by production traceability.
